The client is a group of companies that operate photovoltaic power plants. Our work includes communication with the municipal authorities, legal advice in relation to legal relationships with the authorities in the energy sector – different types of agreements with the electricity distribution companies, legal actions after cancellation of the fee for access to the grid, orders from the authorities for limitation of the production of electricity, advice on new taxes and new regulations in renewable energy sector, etc.
