Our team found out that the registration of one of our clients` trademarks has expired, while we were working on the restructuring of its business. Therefore, we advised the company on the best ways to handle this problem considering the restructuring it was going through. We made an extensive review of all products and services the company provides taking into account how its activities have changed throughout the years. The Nice Classification has been amended several times since the first registration of the trademark, so we also had to reclassify the products and services in accordance with its last edition. We drafted the necessary documents and submitted the trademark for a new registration. It met all requirements and is already published in the Official Bulletin of the Patent Office. We are now expecting the decision for registration of the trademark.
