Our client assigned us with legal and factual representation in a public tender procedure for the purchase of state – municipality owned land. Our team prepared the tender documentation and represented the client during the bidding process. As a result, the client was chosen as the highest bidder and won the right to acquire the property. Our lawyer represented the client and signed the purchase agreement on its behalf. Afterwards our team finalized the mandatory transfer of property registration.
