Our long-term client, Bulgargeomin Ltd., assigned us to protect its interest in an employment dispute case. A former employee of Bulgargeomin Ltd. claims that the company has not paid him certain amounts. The employee’s claims are based on verbal agreements with our client and indirect written evidence. Bulgargeomin Ltd. fully denies the existence of such agreements. Ilieva, Voutcheva and Co. Law Firm carefully built its client’s defense with the aim to establish the non-existence of the verbal agreements. Our Law Firm managed to refute all indirect written evidence used in the case by the former employee. The case is still ongoing before the Sofia Court of Appeal and Ilieva, Voutcheva and Co. Law Firm will protect its client’s interest during the forthcoming court procedure.
