Terratest Jsc. initiated a procedure for an amendment in the current Detailed Spatial Plan applicable to the land plots it owns. The procedure required a transfer of real parts of the land plot to the neighboring land plots. Therefore, the company entrusted the Law Firm to provide it with the necessary legal analyses and help for this transfer. We contacted the neighbors and negotiated the terms of the preliminary agreements for the transfers required. While our team was working on this case, additional issues arose. The street that was supposed to provide access to the neighboring land plots is not finished yet. Therefore, in order to access their land plots the owners had to pass through the land of our client. We vested these relations in agreements for establishing a temporary right of passage. Now all agreements are signed and the amendment procedures could continue.
