We represented the client in administrative appeal of tax audit act before the revenue administration. During the appeal we had to clarify the whole transaction mechanism, the involvement of each legal entity in the deals and the commercial relations between the legal entities. We were successful in our defense strategy and the tax authorities repealed the tax audit act.
